There are no feature tiers. Every plan includes every AI feature, and plans differ only in how many AI sessions you can run at once, in burst room and in support.

One per organization, or per individual acting for their own business. The Free plan has no burst room, and it sends the same usage reports as paid plans. Its terms can change in a new version of the license agreement; here is how that works.

Paid plans are arranged by order form. Burst room is 25% of the sessions you bought, rounded up, or more if your order form says so. Support is what the plan or your order form describes, under the support policy.
One pool
One pool of AI sessions across all your instances.
Your plan’s AI session limit is a single pool shared by every instance, replica and site under your license key. Capacity follows your traffic, including when one site takes over from another. Start with one instance on your laptop and add servers as you grow. The license counts concurrent AI sessions, not machines or cores.
Burst room for peaks
On paid plans, when the pool is full, synauson admits extra sessions up to 25% of the sessions you bought, rounded up. With 10 sessions bought, your pool is 12 and you can run up to 15.
No dropped calls
Licensing never ends a call in progress. Once the burst room is used up, new AI sessions are refused until room frees up; calls without AI are unaffected.
Overage is never a breach
Each month we take every hour’s peak and set aside the busiest 5% of hours. If the highest remaining hour is above your limit, we tell you first, with the figures, and bill nothing for the month in which we tell you or any earlier month. Free plan use is never invoiced.

Get a key
Every instance needs a license key.
For a free key (one per organization, or per individual acting for their own business), email support@synauson.com with the name of your organization or business. For a paid plan, email the same address.
We reply with the license agreement and the notice files for the models a key can download. You accept the license agreement, and the model terms in those files, by confirming in reply to our email or by signing an order form (Section 22). We then send your key; synauson won’t run until you’ve accepted.
